We are arranging transportation to and from the wedding venue from certain hotels. More details will be provided closer to the date.

We ask that guests arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow for parking and seating.

October in Montana can be on the cooler side, with temperatures ranging from 65 to 30 degrees. Please bring layers just in case!

Yes! The ceremony will take place outdoors, by a lake, so please dress accordingly.

The wedding ceremony and reception are semi-formal. Since the ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception will be indoors, we recommend layers.

Think cocktail attire for semi-formal wear. There are examples below if needed.

The reception will follow the ceremony located in the Regatta Room at the Lodge at Whitefish Lake. (It is on the same property).

We'd love to accommodate everyone, but due to venue space, we are only able to invite those listed on your invitation.

We kindly ask that all guests keep their phones silent and tucked away during the ceremony. We want you to be fully present in the moment with us! Our photographer will capture all the special moments, and we'll be happy to share those photos with you afterwards.
